Welcome to Fairhaven Services
Fairhaven Services is a social enterprise dedicated to ensuring that intellectual disability is no boundary for Central Coast people. We not only provide accommodation and care at our various residential sites around the area, but opportunities for people to earn a living through employment at our various businesses including Pacific CoPack, the new name for our successful packaging and assembly arm. Our disability enterprise is funded by the Department of Families, Housing, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs.

$30,000 fires us off to a great start for 2010
In November last year, plans were made to develop a new 10 bed facility at Kincumber to cater for the needs of our residents as they grow older and their support needs increase. We applied to the NSW Government under the Community Building Partnership program for financial support to build this facility, which would provide both permanent and short term accommodation for people with disabilities. We have received advice that we were successful in gaining $30,000 to assist building this project which is estimated to cost $1.1 million to complete. Whilst we are currently working on developing a range of other initiatives to assist with the remaining funding for this facility, we will be approaching the community and local business to gain their support to assist with ensuring this vital project can be completed.

Point Clare Markets Mars & the Mariners help Fairhaven kick off the New Year
Long time supporter of Fairhaven - Mars, will assist us next month by letting us piggyback on their Central Coast Mariners match game on February 6. The game against the Newcastle Jets is set to be huge and will be a great platform to raise the profile of Fairhaven and not to mention some extra cash.
Whilst Mars are sponsoring this A League match hosted at Bluetongue Stadium, they were kind enough to lend their suppor t by allowing us to carry out some great activities throughout the game. We will be running a fantastic raffle throughout the event and will spread the word about Fairhaven prior to the game and at half-time.
Tickets for the raffle are $5 and the bumper prize includes two BridgeClimb tickets, a framed Central Coast Mariners jersey and accommodation in Sydney following your climb. But, you have to be in it to win it... so come and support Fairhaven and our local team on
February 6, 6pm at Bluetongue Stadium.
